  1. How long will delivery take?

We endeavour to deliver your product(s) as soon as possible. Most shipments from the US & EU take up to 2 week. Some products take longer - between 2-4 weeks as this is completely dependent on our supplier's location.

If you want an update on your order please email info@planetgadgetshop.com Include the Order Number and our staff will be happy to assist you.

  1. Do you have any discount codes I can use?

We regularly send out promotional codes in our newsletters, so be sure to sign up. You can also LIKE our Facebook Page where we will also offer promotions.

  1. I’ve not received a confirmation email?

If for some reason you didn't receive any confirmation for orders, please contact us here and let us know so that we may assist you.

  1. Can I collect my order?

Unfortunately not! Although we would love to see you Planet Gadget is an online store only.

  1. Are Payments Secure?

ABSOLUTELY YES! Our payment systems/options are PayPal and Credit Card (others too). Credit Cards are processed via Paypal making your online payment SECURE.

  1. I've Not Received My Order, What Should I do?

Your happiness shopping with Planet Gadget is our main priority. If you have not received your order within 15 days MAX, then please contact us and we will be more than happy to help.

  1. The address on my order is incorrect?

Although we do everything we can to ensure our deliveries, we can't be responsible for this. If you have noticed this as soon as you placed the order then please contact us here straight away. If your order has been sent out with incorrect details then unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any delayed or failed deliveries. If your order is returned to us as an RTS or failed delivery then we will be in touch to arrange a re-delivery with a re-dispatch charge.

  1. Do you offer wholesale prices?

YES we do, if you're looking to buy wholesale then please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

  1. What's your return policy?

Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll give you your money back in full. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.

  1. Can I cancel my order?

Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.

  1. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.

  1. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
